In other news, New York Mayor Bloomberg is offering discounts on hotels, restaurants, and certain attractions(?) to "peaceful activists." From the New York Times:

Makes you wonder what else is going on in Washington that they don't want us to know about, doesn't it? Could somebody check C-SPAN and let me know, please? 'Cause you know the news media won't be talking about it, whatever it is.
